First Impressions
Onboarding is a pivotal moment for both a company and its new employees. It’s an opportunity to build excitement, establish connection, and provide the essential knowledge employees need to succeed.
For this project, I redesigned the onboarding experience required for all new hires. The goal was to transform the session into an engaging, clear, and valuable experience that balanced important company information with interactive and employee-focused learning. By improving the structure, content, and overall experience, the redesign helped create a stronger foundation for employee confidence, connection, and long-term success.
