First Impressions
Onboarding is an exciting and pivotal time for the company and the new employees. You want the new employees to get excited to contribute to the company but you also need to share important information about the company. For this project I redesigned the Onboarding session that all employees are required to go through. It was important to make this time engage, clear, and valuable to lay the foundation for the new employ to be set-up for success.

An important part of the onboarding process is helping establish and share the culture of the company. What do we value?
