To set the foundation for this initiative, an e-learning course was created to share real client feedback, develop a common language, share statistics, and show that no matter your role in the organization you have an impact on the client experience.
For this learning experience several different mediums were used to make this learning experience sticky, consumable, and on going. Fillable PDFs, Viva Engage page, SharePoint site, Meetings in a box, etc.
Meet Jane
This video helps learners better understand the client experience by viewing it from the client’s perspective. Through storytelling and real-world context, the experience encourages employees to reflect on the impact of their work and recognize how their actions directly affect the people they support. The goal was to create a more empathetic, meaningful connection between employees and the clients they serve.
Making Connections
Here are two versions of an animated GIF template used in the course. On the slider was the Strategic pillars messaging that connected with the Client experience. This was to help reinforce how the Client experience plays a major role in the organizations strategy and how these ideas are connected.
Awareness
This was an Ad to raise awareness and encourage employees to take the training. This was used on Viva Engage and message monitors through the organization.
ShoutOut
To encourage enrollment in the course a WalkMe ShoutOut was used in Workday. This ShoutOut would pop up to grab the users attention and give them a call to action. If the user click the Enter now button it would take them to enroll in the course. If they click remind me later the ShoutOut would pop up again in 24hrs.
