To set the foundation for this initiative, an e-learning course was created to share real client feedback, develop a common language, share statistics, and show that no matter your role in the organization you have an impact on the client experience.
For this learning experience the team deployed several different mediums to make this learning experience sticky, consumable, and on going. Fillable PDFs, Viva Engage page, SharePoint site, Meetings in a box, etc.

Here are two versions of an animated GIF templates used in the course. On the slider was the Strategic pillars messaging that connected with the Client experience. This was to help reinforce how the Client experience plays a major role in the organizations strategy.

This was an Ad to raise awareness and encourage employees to take the training. This was used on Viva Engage and message monitors through the orginazation.

This was a ShoutOut used to encourage enrollment in the course.
